This one-of-a-kind wheel-thrown stoneware mug is wrapped in a sprawling  spiderweb populated by a frankly unreasonable number of spiders. Fine black lines crisscross the warm cream clay, while spiders of different shapes and sizes creep around the entire mug—because apparently one or two would have shown restraint.

A deep glossy black glaze covers the interior, rim, handle, and upper portion of the exterior, creating a dramatic contrast with the intricate web below.
